Vlad Plahotniuc founded the Business People's Association of Moldova in 2010, after a long and successful career as a businessman. Founding BPAM, he built the ambition to create the strongest associative form of businesses in the Republic of Moldova.

During his career in the business environment, Vlad Plahotniuc served as General Manager of Petrom Moldova S.A., a company he brought to the leading position on the retail petroleum products market. Subsequently, he served as the vice-president and then as a Chairman of Victoriabank's Board of Directors - one of the largest banks in the Republic of Moldova.
Today, Vlad Plahotniuc is the president of the Democratic Party of Moldova - a pro-European party and the main governing body of the country. At the same time, Vlad Plahotniuc supports the activities of the Edelweiss Foundation, which he has also set up and which carries out social projects at national level, especially for talented young people and needy families in Moldova.

Natalia Politov-Cangaş, currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at VictoriaBank SA, is a member of the Management Board of the Business People's Association of Moldova.

Natalia Politov-Cangaş's managerial skills are due to her multilateral education, as Natalia has obtained a Diploma of Engineer-Economist and Economist, graduating from the Polytechnic Institute of Chisinau and the International Free University of Moldova, the Faculty of Banks and Stock Exchanges, and has also become a lawyer by graduating from the Faculty of Law at the State University of Moldova.

Natalia Politov-Cangaş holds various funtions and positions, after gaining a 30-year professional experience, and achieving the following: working in the Vadul lui Voda Aviculture Factory, within the Mobile Planning Line in Slobozia; exercising her economic knowledge as Superior Economist & Principal Economist , Deputy Head of the Banking Division, becoming Head of Branch No. 1 Chisinau Branch at Banca de Economii SA. Finally, Natalia has been the First Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at BC "VictoriaBank" SA since 2006 and has also been in charge of the management as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the same Institution since 2008.
